Porto Bello Hotel Resort & Spa

Great beach access with a tunnel to get safely across the road. Almost everything was included, which made for a very relaxing and enjoyable experience. Lots of food and entertainment (nightly shows, games throughout the day) to make sure we always had things to do and enjoy! The food was delicious and they had a good variety from day to day. The room was lovely and beds were very comfortable. The hotel’s in a great location with easily callable taxis to go and explore some nearby Roman sites for those looking for an outing.

Spacious lobby, and dining area. The staff at dinner service were nice and quick to clean up. There was a wide variety of food available, even for vegetarians. Rooms were cleaned everyday. Nice access to the beach via a tunnel and the beach was clean with a great view of the mountains. The pool at the hotel was also maintained well. The entertainment team put in a lot of effort in entertaining the guests, kudos. Patrick from guest relations was proactive in checking up on guests to see if they were having a good time, kudos to him.

Mr. Augur was top professional and provided fair rate to pay the bills in USD and suggestion for a nearby money exchange. Mr. Adil instantly arranged a child’s bed (3 years) in the second room. Mr. Adil also gave valuable suggestions to different places, for short visits. Also, received a warm good-bye by reception and staff in the lobby 2. Taxis are arranged by the front desk, up to 7 persons, at a fair rate 3. Room cleaning was daily and well, free water, coffee, tea, etc. are daily provided. 4. Positive and smiling staff in food and beverage “generous” services in restaurants, snack bars, and different bars (with a wide variety of drinks and cocktails), as well as Entertainment Teams (for adults, families and different ages of children), from their hearts and souls. 5. Service in the Lobby and around the pools cannot be cloned. 6. Four Daily entertainment programs (for all ages) are well organized, including entertainment activities around the pool, children activities in the afternoon (e.g. face painting, magic show, games in Children Club), dancing sessions for children in the evening, then, shows and other performances and programs for adults and families (e.g. Turkish Folklore Night Show, other international nights and music). 7. In-door heated pool and Turkish bath (free of charge) maybe enjoyed too. 8. Seven Unique & Memorable Days/Nights of Relaxing, Comfortable & Most Enjoyable Times, for all members of the family. 9. Finally, in spite of the distinguished quality of service and generosity, there were no hidden costs. 10. Suggestion: A scale deems necessary in every room, so guests can watch their weight!!!

The view from the room was perfect. The stuff was excellent. Very clean hotel. The food was great. The spa was very nice and the massage was an amazing experience. Excellent location. I recommend this hotel to everyone who wants to enjoy their vacation :)
